Its been a month since after published my book about “How to get it into Zone”. Book is written about how to focus in daily life when you are facing obstacle. I did not wrote, based on (Sport)physiological aspect but it is from my own experience. There are also some small exercise has been introduced in this book that target it for any age group category. “Bunshun” the Japanese publishing company made introduction of my book at this site.
